Yes, another baby quilt! I go to church with a very prolific group of women! I know you are probably thinking "A black and white baby quilt?". You have to know the mama to understand. The nursery walls are a pale pink and the other bedding is black and white with red accents. She has very sophisticated tastes. Anyway - I have got the blocks done but now I have to decide on a setting. Which one do you like?
Come on - I really want to know your opinion! Please? Help!

That is so beautiful! I suggest #1 and #4.
I like #1 best followed closely by #4. Very nice! xoxo melzie
I kinda like the pinwheel version.... I had a girlfriend that did the black /red/white theme and used ladybugs.... Applique could even "baby" it up a bit....a posey, a ladybug, crows, or a beetle car... neat design...
I like the barn raising and the zig zag.
I like Option #2.
What a cool color combination for a baby.
My favorite log cabin setting is always barn raising. That's option #1. I also like straight furrows - #5. Did you think of forming a large star with them? I've done that with a small log cabin quilt several times. I really like how that looks.
#1 is my favorite, followed closely by #4. I love the color combo, esp. the red accent!
I like the number four, pinwheel quilt for a baby
quilt.
it is a cute quilt.

I like #1. It can easily be made into a star by turning the four corner blocks. That's my favorite log cabin arrangement.
Love #2!
My choices are 1)the barnraising and 2)the furrows.
I love the pinwheel version best but you can't go wrong with any of them. I think the black and white makes a great baby quilt.
I love #2.
But did you ever think that maybe they're prolific-baby-makers...because they've got a prolific quilt-maker-gift-giver in the congregation?!? lol ;-) Enjoy!
I like #1 and then #4.
1, 2 & 4th in that order - if that helps!
I like the first and the last ones best. Have fun!
Pinwheel!
: )
I like the second and the fourth.
I love all of them! But my fave would have to be #1.
They all look great - but my favorite is #5. Beautiful work!
i know i'm really late, but i just love the zig zag one. this is such a cool quilt. don't you just love the versatility of this block.
i like the first and fourth photos. i think four is my favorite. but they all look beautiful either way and it would depend too on the mom. knowing her would make the decision easier i think. lol. you do lovely work. i'll definately be stopping back. have a great day.
